About Us:

Devon Building Services Limited was established in July 2008.

We identified an opportunity to create a Business whose structure would allow a highly skilled, multi-trade service to be offered to our customers.

We have assembled an experienced, and passionate Management team to oversee a variety of projects to a value of £1M. All our tradesmen/women are fully trained and qualified with a wealth of experience and knowledge, and are fully accredited in all disciplines. We are also enthusiastic in the employment of apprentices, working closely with the local Technical College.

Since our inception, we are very pleased to have successfully worked with many well known organisations, utility companies, and authorities, where we pride ourselves on the partnering arrangements we have developed.

Within this rapidly changing regulatory environment, we present a comprehensive range of M and E Contracting, Plumbing, and Building Services. We would welcome the opportunity to offer you a competitive quotation, and would be pleased to discuss any aspect of our services with you.

Our management, administration, and design offices are located at Pottington in Barnstaple, along with our Motor/Pump Repair, and Fabrication Workshop facilities.
