Delivery Policy:

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. Goods should normally be received within 5 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.

We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less postal and administrative costs.

All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to availability of product and payment authorisation.

All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mails Signed-For delivery service, the parcel must be signed for at time of delivery, if no person is available to sign the parcel it will be taken back to a local sorting office and a card will be left by Royal Mail stating that a delivery was attempted.

Due to the high cost of express delivery we will not normally offer this service, however if this is essential for the order to be fulfilled, then we would ask you to contact us for a detailed costing.

We aim to have your product delivered to you with 3-5 working days but this only applies to items we have in stock, due to demand for certain products, stock may have to be back ordered from our suppliers and this can normally add between 5 and 10 days for full order fulfillment.

We do retain a Proof of Postage receipt for all orders dispatched and we can provide this to our customers in cases where the goods have not arrived. Please note although we ship all our parcels 1st Class Signed-for, this does not guarantee next day delivery.

Royal mail may take up to 14 days to deliver a parcel and only after this period expires can we issue a refund for non-delivery.
