Returns Policy:

The goods shall be supplied in accordance with the description we have given. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are unhappy with any of our products, return it within 7 calender days in it's original packaging and we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

No contract shall be cancelled once accepted nor shall any Goods which are delivered in accordance with the contract be returned without prior written approval and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of Devon Building Services Ltd.

A Goods return number, reference number or return address must be obtained and clearly shown on the returned parcels and must be returned in the original packaging (which shall not be defaced) complete with accessories, manuals and documentation. Except in the case of faulty Goods, returned items not complying with these requirements will be rejected.

Please note that postage and packaging is not refundable.

To return an item:

• Simply return the item unused in its original packaging, to our office address which can be found on our Contact Us page.
• OR arrange for it to be collected from you by calling our main office on 01271 374019.
• For your records please obtain a proof of return from the carrier.
• Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Where possible please request a certificate of posting from your Postal Service, this will allow the package to be tracked.

Note: All postage costs must be paid by the customer returning the goods.


• All Claims for damages must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt to comply with our carriers terms for compensation. Failing this no claim can be entertained.
  
• If you request a replacement, then please allow normal delivery times for the replacment to arrive back with you after receipt of the goods.
